If we decide not to make any correction, we will notify the individual to that effect. However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make such corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
3)In the case of a request for suspension of use or erase of retained personal data (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) or suspension of provision to a third party (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of provision”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, if it is found that there is a reason for such a request, we will stop using or stop providing the retained personal data without delay, and notify the person to that effect, after confirming that the request is made by the person himself/herself with his/her identification card, etc.However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to suspend the use or provision of the retained personal data under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
